Background:

Appearance: Although Argos is eighty, he doesn’t look a day over 60. He calls it clean living. His once brown hair has gone grey from both age and the unspeakable horrors he both witnessed and committed in the course of his job. His left eye is milky having lost the sight in it from a mission during the cold war. It has a jarring effect when he locks eyes with people. He has lost a bit of height and muscle mass, but he still has an impressive build for a man his age. There is often a stern uncompromising expression on his stoic face.

He wears old fashions three piece suits of his youth, replete with tie pin and cuff links. He walks with a pronounced limp and is often seen carrying an old silver head cane with the Consortium crest on it. Under his jacket can be found the same m1911a1 45 he used in WWII.

Personality: Though he comes off as a stoic and unforgiving task master, Argos is the grandfatherly figure of the consortium, and always has the best interest and safety of the students in mind. Though he won’t coddle them, God help those who threaten his charges.

History: Most of Argos’s past is classified. It is known that he was one of the first members of the black ops division of the Consortium. He was one part deep covers intelligence, one part assassin. His powers made him perfect for it.

During WWII he infiltrated the US army to act as a deep cover counter for the Nazi Psions. It was through this assignment that he saw the truth and defected. He was introduced to The Consortium where he met and befriended a young Joseph Pierce. Joe has remained one of his closest friends.

Argos served the Consortium faithfully as both a field agent and instructor. He retired from field service in the late seventies. He has been called out of retirement to train and guide new students every so often. Argos is often considered to be a living legend and a voice of experience.
