I would like to have my own forum, not a section like the arenas, my own installation of a forum system of my choosing.

As far as we know, only phpBB has the feature allowing reuse of e-mail addresses. This is handy when one user needs multiple accounts- such as here on the arenas. Members are required to have a separate account for each additional character beyond their primary or master account.
